Dr Claire Wrynne
Founder and CEO
Claire Wrynne, Founder and CEO of Careerology Ltd, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering employment support for individuals at risk of job loss.
She was Principal Investigator of the CAREER Study – the first randomised controlled trial of employment support within NHS Talking Therapies services.
Claire completed her PhD in Health Service Population Research at King’s College London and later studied business at Henley Business School before launching Careerology in 2023.
Jo Hayward
Trainer and Coach
Jo Hayward joined Careerology team in March 2025 as Trainer and Coach. With 10 years of experience in employment coaching, including 7 years within the NHS, Jo has successfully managed several large-scale supported employment projects funded by the DWP, Big Lottery Fund, and local authorities.
Her diverse background includes a role in commercial communications, enriching her expertise in employment support.
Jo loves designing and delivering training that builds confidence and skills, helping individuals feel empowered in their careers.
