IPS Training Series for Employment Advisers
A targeted training programme for Employment Specialists delivering Connect to Work or IPS services.
This six-workshop training series is designed specifically for Employment Specialists and teams delivering the UK government’s Connect to Work programme, or High Fidelity Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services.
Each 3-hour workshop focuses on a core component of delivery, supporting fidelity, quality, and confident practice.

What the series covers
The programme includes six 3-hour workshops:
- Clinical Integration
- Vocational Profiling and Vocational Action Planning
- Job Matching and Customised Job Search
- Employer Engagement for Inclusive Recruitment
- In-Work Retention and Progression Support
- Caseload Management in Line with Fidelity Guidance
18 hours in total.
Learning outcomes
Participants will:
- Strengthen delivery across the Connect to Work / IPS journey
- Improve consistency and confidence across teams
- Apply practical tools aligned with programme expectations
Pricing
This workshop series can be delivered in person or online for groups of up to 16 people.
- In person: £5,395 + VAT per group
- Online: £4,495 + VAT per group
Workshop dates can be booked consecutively over a 2-week period, or spread out over 2-3 months.
