Overcoming Psychological Barriers to Work

Support participants to move forward with confidence and clarity.
Fear, anxiety, low motivation, and low confidence can prevent participants from engaging with employment support or progressing toward work. Employment Advisers are often well placed to support these challenges — when they have the right tools and boundaries.
This course introduces psychologically informed coaching techniques that can be used safely and ethically within employment support roles.
